About Asiko House of Foods

Asiko House of Foods
We are a leading manufacturer, distributor, and exporter of Asiko Plantain Crisps and a variety of African products. Serving customers across the UK, Ireland, Continental Europe, Australia, Asia, and the Middle East, our mission is to meet the growing demand for tropical goods with high-quality, authentic offerings.

Our plantain crisps are crafted using meticulously selected ripe and unripe plantains, harvested at their peak. Within hours, they are cleaned, sliced, washed, seasoned, fried, and bagged to ensure a crispy and fresh snack. Produced daily in our state-of-the-art facility, our products are guaranteed to deliver exceptional freshness and flavor.

Once you try our delicious exotic crisps and fruit crisps, we’re confident it won’t be your last.

Company History

Founded in 1997, Asiko House of Foods began its journey in a completely different field, as a Chartered Accountancy firm in London. A bold change of direction led to the production of exotic plantain crisps and later expanded into other African commodity products, including gari, smoked fish, and spices.

Our name, Asiko, translates to "Time to Eat" in Nigerian and reflects our commitment to providing authentic, high-quality food products.

CEO Stephen Adedipe shares a vision for the future, driven by the increasing demand for healthy and flavorful snacks.

"Consumers are now looking for healthier options that don’t compromise on taste or flavor. Today, we are proud to be the market leader in plantain crisps in the UK, with a growing global presence. We are committed to innovating and expanding our product range to meet evolving trends while strengthening our distribution network to serve customers worldwide. For Asiko House of Foods, globalization means ensuring we can deliver our products wherever our customers are."
