Delivery Schedule – We aim to despatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will be sending you an email to confirm that your order has been received.
Back Order – Sometime due to unforeseen circumstances, if your ordered items are not in stock, we will be arranging a back order for you. Alternatively, we will be notifying you by email or by phone. You have the choice to cancel those lines, if you do not wish to wait.
Guarantee – We want you to be completely satisfied with the goods you received. If for any reason you are not entirely pleased with your order, we will be providing you with a refund or a replacement. Please see our returns policy.
Alade Market cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Replacements will be on discretionary basis only.
If we are unable to deliver to your address and the orders are returned back due to various reasons like incorrect address, enable to access to flats, then no refund will be provided and you may incur a resend cost.

Returns Policy – You may return goods within seven days of receipt and we will ensure that your payment is refunded, or a replacement is provided. To request a refund or replacement, we require to return the goods to us for inspection, the cost of returning the goods to be borne by you. Once inspected, if the goods are found to be damaged, we will gladly refund or replace the goods.
